With the annual plan, we deliver fresh toothpaste and toothbrush head to you every three months. You can change what we deliver to you at any time.
There are two types of plans.
With the yearly plan, you pay for one whole year all at once. Deliveries will be occurring every three months for one year. After that, if you do not cancel the plan, another payment for one year will occur.
If you miss the timing for canceling the annual plan, you can contact support for a refund. But be aware that we can't refund your money if at least one new delivery has already happened. This is because the yearly plan has a discount if you pay all at once.
During the year that you have your annual plan active, you can cancel it at any time but your deliveries will occur until the end of the remaining period.
With the quarterly plan, payments occur every three months right before delivery is sent. You can change your order before the delivery due.
You can cancel your plan anytime or shift to the yearly plan. Payments will occur every three months until you cancel your plan.
There are two types of annual plan:
A regular annual plan can be bought from the products page and you will have to make an account.
Annual Plan + is a special promotion and it's an option when you are buying the Starter Pack. During the purchase process of the Starter Pack, you will be asked if you want to add an annual plan + to the purchase. This promotion is only available alongside the Starter Pack and it has a larger discount. Annual Plan plus's duration is one year and after that, you can cancel it or shift to the regular Annual Plan with options to pay yearly or quarterly.
